The Team
The HTmm team consists off our accountant and secretary and an established pool of freelancers, whom we have successfully worked with for more than 18 years.
Health & Travel, meetings & more....please meet our core team:
From 1997 until 2008 Lamis was employed by CONFERENCE &
TOURING/Kuoni (DMC) in several positions, ranging from Head of UK & Benelux Department to Key Account Manager for large corporations such as Ford (1998) and Coca-Cola (World Cup 2006) and CAL/DL
for MSD for several ESC congresses (2002, 2004, 2008), to Manager Congress Department C&T/Kuoni (2008).
For C&T Lamis has organized events throughout Germany, mainly in Berlin, Munich, Cologne and
Dresden. As a freelancer for DL/MSD (as transportation, office and event manager) she has managed events in New York, London, Berlin, Cologne, Munich, Dublin, Paris, Barcelona, Algiers and
Amman/Jordan.
In 2008 Lamis has founded her own DMC agency HTmm together with her co-founder Ahmed Rawash, establishing the second department of patient handling in 2011.
Her first degree in medical translations led to her focus on medical meetings (main congress ESC) and building up professional relations with doctors and hospitals mainly in Berlin for her Health&Travel department, but she has done numerous events including huge product launches (e.g. Imagination Ford Focus Launch in Berlin over 2,5 months for 25.000 European car dealers) and top VIP incentives (e.g. A.G.E. incentive for 650 US brokers in Berlin, Continentale Insurance incentive in Dresden for 350 pax, 3M luxurious board meeting, SAP incentive for 450 pax and many more).
Surely one of the highlights was her engagement for Coca-Cola Atlanta from 2004-2006 to handle their sponsor VIP programmes for the World Cup in 2006 in Berlin (Final) and Cologne and Munich (Semi-Finals).
Apart from handling the HTmm VIP meetings, incentives and congresses in Germany as a DMC, she was the main support to the ITB Berlin board and team to handle their internal meetings and the yearly ITB partner country delegations ever since.
After C&T with her own company HTmm, Lamis has continuously supported her main pharmaceutical client MSD NJ during their free standing meetings and for ESCs worldwide abroad as their project manager (NY, Dublin, Barcelona, Paris, London, Algiers, Amman, Cairo).
Lately in 2024 HTmm has started off with organizing their first incentive/delegation trip to Egypt for the German trade union IVN, exploring outgoing business too.
From 1999 until 2005 Andrea was employed by CONFERENCE & TOURING (DMC) in their Berlin and Munich offices and then went on to freelance work for the onsite handling of events in Berlin, Cologne, Stuttgart and Munich. She has run several smaller groups simultaneously for larger congresses, been the operations manager for quite some VIP meetings and organized high scale incentive programmes in Berlin, Stuttgart and Munich.
She has lived in Poland and the US for two years before she joined the HTmm freelance team in March 2009.
Ahmed has experience working in tourism since 2002 in Egypt and Germany. In Egypt he worked as a legal advisor for a large DMC in Sharm El Sheikh and as trip director and transportation manager at the airport. In Germany he has worked freelance for several DMCs as an Arabic speaking guide & host, transportation coordinator and airport manager for large events such as the ESC congresses in Munich, the World Cup 2006 as well as for a laarge MSD meeting in New York.
Due to his legal knowledge in visa issues and great contacts to a lot of Arab embassy staff, who partly work freelance for HTmm as licenced drivers and guest chaperons, he has intensified his patient hosting as a freelancer for the embassies with co-founding HTmm in 2008 and thus assisting the several medical departments of many Arab embassies in Germany.
